Red chile peppers (pods) is farmer direct, non-GMO and is a nutritious spicy delight as an add on any dish or as a main entrée.

The dried chile peppers (pods) is used to make red sauce for traditional or vegetarian enchiladas and tamale dishes, is great as a rub for chicken, steak, seafood and roasted veggies, add to soups, stews, and posole or any dish for a flavorful spice.

The heat level is a 5 on a 1-10 scale.

Store in cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
